SMA cable, MIPI M-PHY, 21 leads/6 Gbps U4431A users who are running Large Amplitude (LA) signals or have pickoff splitters (see data sheet) may consider the U4432A SMA probe. This probe allows a quick connection to a prototype’s existing SMA connectors.

In most cases, the U4433A high-Z MIPI M-PHY differential probe is recommended. It connects to Keysight’s 12 GHz ZIF tips to ensure a flexible, yet non-intrusive connection.


Application requires one U4432A per sub-link
Support for 4 differential M-PHY channels
Supports up to HS Gear 3 data rates (6 Gbps)
128 ohm input impedance, typical
Measure signals with as little as 100mV differential amplitude
