This current probe has the highest bandwidth of any current probe on the market at 150 MHz. It has a wide input range, 30 Arms or 50 Apk, and greatly-improved sensitivity and noise over our existing solutions.
This probe enables customers to measure down to 1 mA/div, which is incredible performance for a clamp-on style current probe. It will be compatible with the InfiniiVision 3000T X-, 4000 X-, and 6000 X-Series, along with the Infiniium S-Series and 9000 Series. This is a general purpose current probe, so typical applications are measuring the current consumption of high frequency digital circuits, ICs, power supplies, etc.
